Nofi, but you know that there are currently about 261 players online, and that there are 100 servers online? That means that IF we would distribute the players evenly, there would be just 2,6 players per server...

I hope, not that many servers out there that have good moderators. Usually it's "if you're someones friend" (aka a mod) they don't second guess you. It's kind of bullshit really. I love that question on the mod app "define Volunteer Moderator" Lol a lot of people forget what their job actually is, taking it too seriously.


Sounds good though, I'll check it out with some buddies tonight.

The problem with getting good moderators is that owners ASK for applications, and then they give power to their friends, as well. Personally, friends are the worst moderators, usually, and asking random people doesn't lead to you getting good moderators, either.

thats why we ask for applications so we cant pick good moderators that wont abuse there power and follow the rules and also enforce the rules.

Usually such requests will be answered by people that are powerhungry. And usually you really dont want that kind of people as a mod...
