Ok, will do, another problem, i've deleted one of my existing accounts and am trying to create a new one. I know my password how to be 8 characters long but everytime i put in an ID and 8 character long password, it says connecting then 'Login Failed' 'Unable to connect to server. Firewall negotiation complete'. Why is this? please help Sad
