XWIS sorts available servers based on your objects.ddb. It's how APB and Reborn can have their own listings without showing Renegade servers.
As for cameras.ini, I don't know. But this fix is out of the hands of TT as this is an XWIS deal.

I tested this a few times:
- i started Renegade with my modified cameras.ini in the directory: I was not able to see any servers in XWIS
- i removed the cameras.ini and started again: all servers showed up
There must be a relation between it.
