I wrote a little tutorial which I put on my site, it shows some basic skinning and how to add effects using MIP maps!
I got this idea by seeing a arty with such effect. Does anyone know who made it?

Anyways check out the tutorial here. Only program needed is Photoshop and XCCMixer!!

That effect was made with 3d modeling programs. so you have to edit w3d for it Razz

But this is only DDS editing which means you only need photo editing software. so you don't need to use that complex modeling program Satisfied

Ahh I see. I was trying it out yesterday but ran into a snag. When you get on msn, I need to talk to you about this tut. Also your building interior modification.
