i was using renegade resurrection before. some1 said i should use renguard.
so i installed it.
now my renegade doesn't work anymore online?

when i use renguard it says:

[23:33] Warning: No WOL name found. Connecting to WOL will probably fail.
[23:33] Trying to connect to server #1...Failed!
[23:33] Trying to connect to server #2...

then says:

unable to initialize network,perhaps your firewall is incompatable with renguard
===================================>
so i reinstalled renegade resurrection, and it doesnt work anymore?

says this when i open renegade now:

your version of renegade could not be determined.please report this error to www.icefinch.net

then says continue loading renegade?
so i click yes and it crashes?

what is the issue?
and why don't you guys tell use about the small issues by the download links?

i have searched high & low to get this fixed?
please what can i do?

Before you install FailGuard, you must start Renegade, login with a name first, exit and than install FailGuard.

so start renegade normally, go to LAN or multiplayer? log in? just using the renegade multiplayer option, doesn't work on my pc? operation fails/timed out etc..

As far as I know, RR has always been incompatible with Renguard. Forget about Renguard, it just doesn't do what it's supposed to do anymore.

This renguard has FUKKKKKKKKED my gaming!
what A$$hole puts this online, and lets every1 get fooled to thinking its a good system.
my renegade now will not work online.
it has FUKKKKED up my CPU changing stuff.
i am furious!
everywhere i've posted , everyone says stay away from it.. WTF!
why don't you put these FUKKKIN issues beside the DL links!

aw lol...yeah that's why nobody uses it unless they are playin the boring servers that need u to have RG.

And RG used to be good once upon a time before cheaters bypassed it.

What I would tell u do is to reinstall Ren. Or you can try to find the Renguard setup file in your Ren folder and uninstall it and try going online first.

If it stil ldoesn't work, I would just reinstall the game.
