Permabanned for trying and failing DDoS

Do anyone know where i get it? everylink is broken, i really need it to compile a new DirectX9 (d3d9.dll) Shader for Renegade. YA im scripting own Shaders (dont ask me for some wallhach shader or w/e) just to pimp up my Renegade.

(In the past, I had a virus that changed some settings on my brothers computer, and it became unable to download anything from ANY Microsoft site (It might not have even been able to get to them, I can't remember now).
