You know, rapidshare is a legitimate file hosting website. It doesn't have anything to do with the fact other people use it to host warez. In fact it makes a conscious effort to delete and ban users who upload wares.
So.. banning someone for using rapidshare is kind of... hateful. I think you should change the reason for the ban to "Posting a keygen." rather than "using rapidshare."
