Ramjet sometimes have 5 shots per clip [message #370927]

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but sometimes when I use
the Ramjet I get 5 shots in a clip when im only supposed to
have 4 shots.

For example it happens when you have just fired lets say your
3rd shot. Now you are supposed to have just 1 bullet left but
suddenly it jumps back to 2 bullets.

And all 5 shots (including the extra 1) register as actual shots
that do damage.

Yep, it's a known bug. It can happen the other way around too (you can shoot only 3). This is very hard to fix though because of the way Renegade's netcode works... :/

u can make it happen if you want to... just go stand near a wall and hug abit while u scope or so and it happens quite often then

On a somewhat related note. I did *complain* to Yrr that with servers that have RR on you can make the pistol glitch so it doesn't ever get passed 1 ammo and I can go along without having to reload my pistol unless I change weapons (Basically it turns into the orca machine gun except the ROF is at the same speed as the pistol). Since RR will be put into the TT patch could someone isolate the problem and try to fix? I could always get you a FRAPs.
