Put it to a real vote and keep people who take internet forums extremely serious out.

"Ask and you shall receive" <-- Totally does NOT apply here. Razz

Asking for Global Moderator just shows you're a bit on the power-hungry side. Also, aren't you already a moderator of the spam forum...?

Moderator/Captain

I visit the forum all day long : / Ask SSnipe how fast I was responding to his Computer Science thread yesterday. I dont know why I'm always the moderator who is "never around" or "rarely vists" Most days I visit many times, I try to visit once a day at the minimum.

Whoops, my bad.
Anyways, that's 4 people still. Not exactly a teeny amount, although I do wish the others were more active.

Even though i appreciate canadacn a lot and that he has a valid point about timezones, I personally don't think we need more moderators.

We've come from a period where there was hardly any moderating at all to a period where there's a good staff that reacts within hours (sometimes even within minutes). I've noticed change on renforums, I believe in change, change I believe in!

If a current Moderator is unable to fulfill their duties, then he/she should at least have the maturity to post their resignation like icedog90 did.

I agree, we don't need more moderators to moderate the forums.
