The idea seems to be to actually try and give these people a fair trial.

If these prisoners feel that they can take away our rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, their rights should be taken away.

If you don't want EA to get any credit, destroy their Refinery. Duh.

I don't get why he wants to shut it down. Where are we going to toture terrorists for information and lulz then? Seems like a lot of work to move everything and do it somewhere eles when we have a perfectly good facility already.

Yeah like that 14 year old Canadian, who had gone to Guantanamo without a trial. Now he has the opportunity to kill us all!

WTF are the Geneva Conventions anyway? Let's waterboard some randomers, sounds far more fun to me. Don't forget to deny them a fair trial though, that's what makes it fun for all the family.

The place needs to be more like a fucking nazi death camp, just where people can do nasty shit to terrorists that no one realy cares if they are guilty. If we don't charge them with anything then they don't need a trial, except peados who are lol.

guantanamo is nothing but a rallying cause for terrorists anyway. shutting it down is an exercise in american principles and virtue

i guess some people here don't care about the suspension of habeus corpus? if we have evidence against an individual, let's fucking hear it in court.

Well it is very good that they are shutting it down. As far as I know America only uses it for purposes of using dehumanisating behavior. Seems like they borrowed some technieks from the 1940's.

Seriously what does a modern country want with it?

Terrorists aren't exactly the most well informed of people. They could still make up shit about these places existing and people would believe them.
