How Do You Re-Texture The Buggy Wheels? [message #36881]

I find that I can't seem to find a way to retexture the Buggy wheels? I've tried "Get Renegade Material" but there doesn't seem to be anything. I did try to manually re-texture it but it didn't work. it seems everything except the wheels isn't textured.

Find where the texture that Renegade uses for the wheels is inside of the dat files, extract it, edit it in something like Photoshop.

yah, dont re-texture, edit the proper skin.
