I counted all the sections people could post in on exofire, including the subforums. I counted about 36. 20 forums and 16 subforums. THERE ARE ONLY 37 MEMBERS! You can't honestly expect 37 members to be able to fill up 36 forums and subforums. They'd almost have to do it like it's a responsibility.
I also noticed how MOST of these forum descriptions start with a question, and I somehow doubt you guys even know some of this stuff.

Seriously! Do you guys even know PHP or ever even had REAL experience with phpbb3 (not counting the probably 30 minutes spent in the admin control panel)? I can't find myself believing so, because you're using some kind of free forum hosting website.
And I can probably point out about a dozen or so forums that'll almost ALWAYS be empty, if you don't count the one or two pointless announcements one of the many admins and founders would make.
The clan ally forums for example, why make a separate section for EVERY clan ally you get? They have absolutely have no reason to be posting in there because they already have their own forums.
And the moderators! There's 4 different founders and who knows how many moderators and other administrators there are. There's too many. You shouldn't even need 2 moderators to manage a forum that small. It's unnecessary and making every other person who comes along a mod is not a good idea. Even if you know them "a little bit," it's unnecessary.
This forum has been made by freakin 9 year olds! Good god, the first forum on there is misspelled! "Announcments"? That's not right. You'd think one of the 4 founders and many moderators would've noticed by now?
The majority of the mods, skins, and other stuff on their weren't even made by the person who's publishing them on your website. Why would I want to register at a website who's material is unoriginal and I could get at jelly?
This forum really needs to be scrapped, and start over if you have any hope of starting an actual successful community. You guys need to be smarter when it comes to deciding staff. The majority of your staff is under 13 years old, and as I try to refrain from discriminating people age-wise, but your staff needs ACTUAL experience making a forum.
The more sections a forum has, the WORSE it gets! Try and keep as few possible forum sections as possible, so that they get filled up quickly and when one gets too full, split it into different sections later on. TRY and preserve some professionalism in your community. Seriously, I pointed out earlier that the forum description of every forum on there starts with a question, and they all end with "COME HERE" or "POST HERE" Is this some kind of "GET RICH QUICK" scam, or a community?
Don't get me wrong, Di3HardNL. Your modifications are really great. But this definitely isn't how great communities are started out.
There's my rant for the day.

Hey, Check my first post again I know I was mistaken by starting this. Just some guy asked me to start a community and I thought yes why not? So he made a forum, and made all those subforums. I wont put his name because it wouldn't be nice, but it ended up in a disaster. Thanks for your opinions it putted me on the right track again.

ExoFire was a total dissaster!

You are totally right, SuperGike.
The stupid Picture on top was the total death sentence for me.
But I deleted it again.- Waste of Time!
I think it was iAmHeyi who placed the picture there - The Latest Entry after I logged in was from him, he cleared the Admin Logs.
After this i have never seen him again! He was the "Main" Founder.
But it was so close that it ends in a disaster, after i logged in the first time i thought that it cant be true, a few users and that much Topics/Subtopics... Everyone is Mod/Admin...
Then my second Login - the strange Pic.
