Problem with 3DS Max [message #365014]

I have reinstalled my pc, so after I installed 3DS Max I putted the plugins in.

Now when I load 3ds MAX i get this error :

For some reason the exporter doesn't work for me..
and i did install DirectX Update, so thats not the solution.

srry, but direct x is the only thing I can come up with, are you sure you use direct3d?

I'm afraid I can't be of much help

Moding can be real Fun...

Are you using the right version of 3dsmax?

I use 3ds Max 8. Just like before i downloaded the trial version from renhelp.net. It should work :/ maybe i need to install some more software, but i don't know what Razz
