Here's something you might find fun for a quick LAN match against some friends, it's kind of boring alone though.
4 different types of Samus characters to use:
Balaced, has basic beam
Heavy, beam fires 4x as slow but does 4x damage, ideal for a quick snipe
Fast, runs superfast and has a light beam
Cloaked, has a cloaking effect and a light beam
All beams have sniping abiities, only heavy's is really effective IMO.
