Please visit the newly reformed Epsilon Worldwide forums. It is also the home of the new wikia forums which sponsor your community.
One of our co-founders have contacts with ex-westwood staff, and they have told him that they are hiring at Petroglyph. Specifically in gaming design. Details are at our forums.
Please register at the new forums that I have created.
You can request clan matches, and community wars there as well.
This topic has been re-posted on all of our sponsored clans and communities.

Ummm. Where did I say that was the yearly price? :/

Ok I've found some extra time to center the forums. Please visit sometime, I need to add members of clans to the VIP list, and their leaders to the half mod list.
Do you guys know who might be able to host a gaming server for me? I might rent one in the summer; I just want to get my contacts and do some research before I make my final decision on who would host. I would like a 32 player server, and please no lag. =)
Thank you for the offers. I have a website right now, but it only contains 50 mb, so it is relatively small. I will take your offers in consideration in the future when I have more cash that I can spend on this community.
I'm sure you understand how hard it is sometimes during these economic times to get some money that you can spend freely.
Although both of your ideas sound great, and I'd love to try it out, I don't currently have a job, and my wife doesn't either.
Besides, we should be getting more money in the bank once we graduate from college; she graduates this spring. I'll graduate next spring, and we will both teach in school.
I'll remember what you guys said, and who knows maybe you could assist me in designing it; I know that making a website can take up alot of time. I'm still in the process of re-designing our current website; it needs to look alot better than it does.
Once again, I want to let you guys know that I'm sorry I came out to tell you guys about the forums and stuff so quickly, I just got a little too excited about everything after I finished and began telling everyone; before I remembered to fix the bugs and errors...
Love you renegade players alot. Keep playing, and keep your attitudes in check.

I think you missed our point. You need experience to run a community. This is something you don't have. Learn how to develop websites, maintain servers, avoid security threats, and then take a wack at the big leagues.
You will never get a community going the way you're trying. Trust me. I've worked on a lot of large websites before. Those free forum sites are a bad place to start by the way. Take the time to learn the skills to setup a board. Free forum websites will get you absolutely no where!

The problem with free forums is that if you decide to move on from them, you cannot get a database dump, so you'll loose all posts ever made on your free forum.
You can find me in The KOSs2 (TK2) discord while I'm playing. Feel free to come and say hi! TK2 discord

Well I will definitely check out those links you guys siggested; but I'm mainly taking orders from my friend. He's basically the brains of the operations; I assist with few ideas, but I work alot for him.
Obviously he can't do much until summer. He is studying abroad in Israel; and there's hardly any internet where he is staying.
As far as no experience; I think you've underestimated me somewhat. I've had plenty of experience managing players in a clan, and leading players. I used to know more about IRC and stuff back 3 years ago when our clan had a paid server. Not long after it died, the clan had a civil war and about 25 of our members (half) left the clan.
1 year ago I started a new clan. In July I joined the Atomix-Gaming community as a Full Moderator; and enforced rules. You know just as much as I do that managing a clan, organizing clans, and organizing forums takes alot of work.
My friend has been giving me some directions; one of them was to not let people know what I have been working on until it is finished. He said he'd return to help with the PR with me. Naturally I got a little too excited and released the forums before it was even worked on. I made a mistake.
If you want you can check it now; it is finished. If you find errors I'd appreciate the feedback, as well as any criticism that you wish to make. I would love to make it better if I can, but personally, I think it looks awesome. I also added a shout box, arcade games, and a army system between Nod and GDI.
Check it out at your own peril, and assist me if you wish. And if you have any news on how much renting a server will cost me let me know. I know how much IRC, and TS costs are; I'm just lacking how much the server will cost. You know like 3$ a player; etc.
Thanks for helping me with this arduos task. I plan on making all advertising free.

I don't mean to shoot you down and possibly destroy your ambition but I believe you still missed the point.
Running a clan is little league stuff. Anyone could have hit the create clan button 3 years ago and hosted a non dedicated "recruiting" server. It happened all the time. Adding a few forums/categories and moderating posts shouldn't even be something an administrator thinks about. Everything you've stated are tiny details. Site administrators understand web servers and web development inside and out. If you can't built a solid foundation for you community you might as well not even install the forum software. When you hit a technical snag with your forum you will be screwed and by the way IRC really has nothing to do with a forum.
The gaming world you see thrives because of developers. The community comes after the developers build something to work with. Your community doesn't have a developer or the experience needed to run a community. If your partner has that experience it doesn't do much good to have no internet. Judging by the current location of your forums he has no clue either.
Sorry to sound harsh but I think you're off course. You can take the road of success or you can attempt a shortcut and get stuck in the ditch. The road of success involves understanding web development before trying to build a community.

I do understand web development.
I have already made a website; the only problem I'm having right now is trying to fix 2 pictures on the website, that have to do with the background and the text background.
I had put the transparency from 10%-50% so that it would become transparent as the pictures moves downwards. I'm trying to fix that, before I go out doing PR work.
I know I'm not finished with the website yet; I'm still trying to finish it.
It's kind of like I'm the only commando in this large army of nod fighting them off to the best of my ability. I'm the one making the wikia, I'm the one makine the forums, I'm the one making the website; I'm doing it all. I don't have 24 hours to work every day to get everything done. I have to sleep, and I have to work, and go to school (college; last year =D), plus I got my wife adding chores to my list haha...
Anyone can make a community. They do not have to have much knowledge about things at first. They only have to learn it as they go. This project is fun for me; I am not shutting it down at all. You may see this as a mistake; but I plan to finish this ardous task with or without anyone's help.
If there is something that you could help me with I appreciate it, if you have negative thoughts that will assist me in building this thing then share them with me; but if you are just trying to make me stop what I am doing then I don't want to hear about it.
I know that you are just trying to be helpful here; but this is not merely a project that I am trying to do just for fame, glory, etc. It's just something I wanted to take on for fun. Will you help me in finding a few bugs here and there, or will you just sit on the bench and do nothing?
I hope you choose to assist me. =)

That sounds good! That is whats important at this point. I personally can't lend a hand, I'm really tied up with my own work.
There are quite a few development forums that you will probably find very useful. Those are often a good place to ask questions about stuff like CSS, HTML and PHP.
Good luck.
