Perhaps you don't remember us because unlike more "notable" members of the community, we haven't stirred up ten times our weight in drama?

Spoony still posts quite often, you'll find him in the heated discussions forum and such. Crimson is still alive I think but she never, ever, ever posts. Ever.

Don't forget to mention how you laugh at evolution because it's a silly idea and it's clear that the universe was created exactly as the Bible says.

whoa.

LOL, Cheesesoda @ my hardheadedness. I JUST realized that your avatar was a Hammer and Sickle XD.

For the past few weeks I've been wracking my brain around why you, of all people, would be supportive of Obama. Now it makes sense. In Love

You know, it shows a person's join date next to their name. So if you don't remember someone, check their join date and see if they were around before you went on hiatus.

Unfortunately, my new business has kept me rather busy and the moderators do a really good job, so I don't have to visit every day, or several times a day like I used to.

I do intend for that to change but for right now I'm spending 80+ hours a week in my store.

Curiosity strikes: What kind of store do you own/operate/manage/work? I've heard you mention it before but don't recall if you ever said specifically.

Also, real life definitely comes before the internets. Don't worry about it, because as you said your moderators do a fine job.

My business opened on December 8th of last year as a retail poker supplies store, but at the end of June it evolved to a place for people to play poker for money. So I'm about 5 and a half months into that project, and I am already putting some of the local competition out of business because I kick ass. I am up to 7 employees, 2 full-time, 5 part-time, they are all poker dealers, and we have games every single night from 7PM until anywhere from 4AM to 8AM, and every once in a while, they run a full 24 hours into the next day. That's starting to happen more and more.

The most important thing is that the store is making enough money to support itself AND me so I don't have to try and cram some real job in there as well. It's even starting to make enough money so that I can have someone else watch the store so I can be away from it from time to time.
