I want scripts 3.4.4 but i have noticed it messes up alot of people. Is there a way i can download it and if it does mess me up i can delete it?
Also what exactly are scripts?

Scripts 3.4.4 are pretty awesome, The only reason I really use them is for the increased vech limit.

If it messes you up, get Scripts 2.9.2 instead. I think Scripts 3.4.4 uses DirectX 8 or 9, which can amake some older comps not run it Dont Get It

it worked, i think, ren runs. What are somethings i can check for to see if it actually works?

If u had no scripts before: loading time will increase significantly. You should also have a "BHS" option now in the Renegade options.

Scripts 3.4.4 and indeed the whole Scripts 3.X series use DirectX9 instead of Renegade's native DirectX8. This results in improved performance and the option to use bloom and shaders. It does depend on you having DirectX9 hardware, but unless your computer is about 5 years old, it will have DirectX9 hardware.

If you experience slowdowns, Scripts 2.9.2 is the better option.
