No. Tiberian Dawn takes place in the present, around 2000. Red Alert took place shortly after WW2 (Between the late 40's and 50's). That has more to do with Red Alert being on the same engine as TD, and the developers not wanting to spend extra time on coming up with new units to replace everything.

That doesn't make any sense, RA1 couldnt've taken place in the 50s, In RA1 there was jet aircraft, nuclear weapons, helicopters, And if WW2 never happened, that would've only slowed down advancements in technology, so RA1 would take place somewhere between the late 50s and early 70s

RA2 doesn't even fit into the storyline, It was made by what would become EAP, not Westwood.

WW2 did happen in Red Alert. Red Alert was WW2, the only thing that was stopped (by Einstein going back in time) was Hitler's involvement.

In WW2 there were jet aircraft. Late in WW2 the Germans introduced jet aircraft, such as the the Me-262. (Since Nazi Germany wouldn't have been involved, their jet planes would have probably came later. But we all know that war creates advancements in technology, so it is feasable that the Soviet Union could have developed jet technology.)

If you'll remember, WW2 was ended with two atomic weapons.

And, there were helicopters that were used in WW2, made by Sikorsky.

The only thing you're proving is your lack of knowledge of WW2.

i used to know the complete storyline from my friend, but i cant remember it all. What i do know is this

In the RA series, timetravel is used, einstein was brought into RA time, this way, since he now has more technologly to work with and creates different weapons.

i cant remember where Kane's life starts, but he travels in time at some part. i havent played RA1 so im not sure (only one i havent played) this is how he is in different times, this could explain advanced weapons in earlier times.

RA1 (time of WW2)
RA2 (after WW2)
Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) (1990's-2000)
Tiberian Sun (takes place in 2020 or 2030?)

im not exacly sure, im gonna get RA1 and then play all the single player missions in all of the games then i will know

Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) (1990's-2000)

Tiberian Dawn had to have taken place after 1995, that is when GDI was formed, according to the manual.

Does any one have any idea how c&c worldwide warfare comes into the game? It has cnc stuff and red alert stuff. Is it just a cnc pack or a whole one disk game with every side?

It's just a game pack with Tiberian Dawn, Red Alert, and their addons.

Tiberian Dawn couldn't have happened in 1995, according to the manual, that is the year that GDI was created, the most feasable year would be around 2000. And in the Tiberian Sun manual it says that TS takes place around 20 years after Tiberian Dawn, making it around 2020.
