Got a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer Fatal1ty Pro Sound card but starting Renegade and checking the Audio settings, I get a list of drivers.

What to use?

Direct3D sound is what I use and I have the exact same sound card as you.

What effect had it on your gaming so far?

What speakers do you use also?

Am going to get some Creative Inspire 7900 speakers soon, can't wait to hear them blaze away.

Well I can't compare it too the 2D because I have never tried it but I hear everything.. All in surround as well. I have a 5.1 setup which really helps.
