Can renegade's Screen Resolutions go higher then what my desktop is? My cheap flat screen highest can go is 1027 x 745 pr w/e it was. Can ren go higher then that? JUST ren

No you can only go as high as your Monitor or Video Card can go.
So if your monitor is low and video card high you still can't get past low. Same if video card is low and monitor high.
