Recruit

when i put the scripts 3.4.4 in i get a error when i start ren
it says i have to update my directx version to run scripts.dll
i have dx9c

i install renedage like i noramly do it works fine till i put these scritps in
even if i make a backup copy of ren befor i put scripts in.
so after i put them in i get that error.
then i put my backup copy of ren back in cause the scripts didnt work,
now after i replace backup copy i start renegade and the game starts i can hear rene play but my screen is black, can see anything
has any1 else had this problem?

here a copy of my dxdiag if that helps

Looking through your dxdiag, I noticed that your graphic drivers are out-dated.

You can download the current version here for your card: http://www.nvidia.co.uk/object/winxp_2k_93.71_uk.html

Make sure to remove the old drivers first.

Start.
Control Panel
System
Hardware
Device Manager
Display adapters
Double click card > Uninstall.

Reboot Computer.

Install new driver.

Reboot Computer.

Back to the other problem, just re-install DX. Smile
