How many of you watched it? If so, what did you think?
Personally, I think Sarah Palin seemed a bit phony in her attempts to seem "down-home" and when she winked at the camera, just plain creepy. I also found it interesting that she was openly refusing to answer the questions the moderator presented to her; she seemed to be obsessed with talking about her energy policies in the "huge state" of Alaska more than anything. Another thing that stood out to me was Biden's statement that we have spent more money on Iraq in three weeks than we have in our entire campaign in Afghanistan. To me, it just seems wrong that we have spent more on a seemingly unprovoked war than we have in the war against a group that attacked our citizens on our own soil.

I thought it was fairly accurate having watched the debate... everything she said basically seemed recited from a prepared set of notes... also, I haven't really read/watched anything about her since the debate, so the media has nothing to do with it.

"Humans caused Global Warming." He actually said that, which shows just how out of touch he is.

Do you mind actually attempting to back up these moronic, inflammatory statements? If you think Joe Biden is an idiot, then what in the fucking name of God could you POSSIBLY think of Sarah Palin?

I believe he's referring to the 2000 election, where Al Gore really won, but Jeb Bush (Governor of Florida at the time) made sure his brother won the election instead. It's possible that this scenario could occur yet again, though it's not very likely to happen.

Damn family ties. Lets get that asshole... Just shut up, you made your self look like a total idiot. Just because his brother was governor of the state doesn't mean that he helped his bro get elected. Where do you people come up with stuff like this? You are voting for a guy who took the top executives of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac who made huge amounts of money doing it, and put them on his election committee. Now tell me that's not some major ass covering.

I personally don't care what anyone thinks of me.
That being said, I simply say it as I see it, and I'm sorry that you don't see that as a possibility, given the fact that it really was only Florida that separated Gore from Bush in the 2000 election. I believe we would've done far better with Gore as president anyway.
