Ok here's the thing I am trying to get SP1 uninstalled because I believe it to be causing something to not work properly, now here's the catch, it won't let me uninstall it here's the error I am getting:
I have tried restarting my comptuer, same result.
I have tried going to microsoft's site and it suggested system restore now here's the problem with that, there isn't one for before I installed it.
I have tried googling and I got the same two methods suggested to uninstall it, both which won't work as I stated above.
Any help is welcome(as long as it does not include having to format and reinstall windows).

Well then the problem I think it could be causing could be it's own topic, anyways, I think it is causing C&C3 to spit out this error:
Now someone else told me that's an directx issue, I have checked to make sure it is the latest version of directx, it is, with my computer I can load C&C3 fine, load a map fine, when I go to build something it crashes and gives that error, and now I think I know what you might be thinking now, "are you sure your computer meets the minimum specs?", I would say yes except for the video card which is an intel which is apparently not supported, now knowing that I guess you would say case solved I can't run it with my video card, now I say no to that, I could run C&C3 perfectly fine before SP1 and that is why I am trying to get it uninstalled.
