Started playing renegade again recently & I am loving it still!! Big Grin

I have updated Renegade & installed Renguard. Are there any other patches etc that I need to be downloading? I understand the lagging cant be fixed but are there any other bugs that can be?

I recommend Renegade Resurrection patch.
You can download the client on www.icefinch.net.
(It's incompatible with renguard)


I'm running scripts 3.44 beside RR.
It has new shaders, keyscfg and a good interface to edit your HUD.

I wouldn't bother with renguard unless you prefer to play on servers where people are like "OMG HE DUZN'T HAVE RENGUARD HE H4X".

Indeed, just ignore renguard. It's obsolete and almost any server is non-renguard now since the introduction of Ressurrection and BIATCH.
