Witch Is An Illigal Organization, I Really Got Interested And I Learned That The I.R.S. Would Get On Your Case Really Fast If You Didn't Pay Taxes Therefore I Am Learning On How To Prove That Taxes Are Illigal Maybe By Not Paying Taxes You Can Get A Better Internet Service Provider Than You Have To Play The Game Command And Conquer Renegade But The Bottom Line Is Paying Taxes Is Illigal.

No... it's about the income tax NOT being a direct tax. A direct tax, in America, must be APPORTIONED. The income tax, that is progressive, does not fit that requirement, thus is illegal.

I never said I agreed with it...but as it stands it is a DIRECT tax, meaning its a universal tax. Indirect is tax on fast food, electronics, the basic sales tax you pay on most things because they are seen as "luxury goods". Thats why eggs, wheat, milk, the very basics you pay little and in most cases no taxes on. The fact the whole purpose of a tax is x million cost/x million people and that its common knowledge that the tax system in America is broken anyway, is a different issue...

It's funny you try to act all smart by countering a point that wasn't even being made.

All I said was that by definition, in the United States, the income tax is NOT a direct tax.

Oh, and you have it all wrong about the indirect tax. Yes, the sales tax is an indirect tax, but them being "luxury goods" doesn't make it an indirect tax. It just means that it's either (a) taxed on the end user given to a middle man, and then given to the government from the middle man, or (b) it's a tax on a business for a good that ultimately gets added into the price, thus it's an "indirect" tax on the individual.

Plus, you have it mixed up. It's not that they're taxed because they're luxury items. It's that the necessities aren't taxed because they're necessities. The non-taxed items are the exception, not the luxuries.

I don't mind paying taxes either but swiping 30 to 35% of your paycheck to feed the Leviathan is a bit much, this of course doesn't include the many other taxes that the local, state, and federal government gets from you.
