Im try to set up to get my PC screen to audio to work on my tv 9since my vid card dont have any other plugins)
please no flaming or dumb answers or questions why
what i think might work is
VGA Splitter (x1 Male VGA split's Into x2 Female VGA's)
so my PC screen plugs into one
and the other one connects to an adapter
(Male VGA To Female Video RCA)
then just normal Video RCA (male on both sides) plugs right into the adapter and other end right into the TV
heres a pic to help the idea ignore the size and way it looks
will it work?

I'm not 100% sure what you're trying to do. Are you trying to use your TV in place of a monitor, or trying to duplicate the image on your monitor onto the TV?
Also, why would you want sound coming out of both your PC speakers and TV speakers?
Either way, the audio splitter you're looking for is this. This will just split your audio signal into 2 separate channels, allowing one to go to the PC speakers, and another to the TV. Then to get the audio to the TV, you will need this. (Note: I just found the first search result, for either product, anything like it will do, it doesn't have to be that exact one.)
For the video, answer the first question I asked about replacing or duplicating, and I'll have an answer for you.
EDIT: I think I understand your question, and for whatever reason, you wanna duplicate it...
So, lemme clarify: The only port your vid card has is a VGA port? No DVI or S-video?
VGA to RCA is very tricky, because VGA carries a different signal than RCA, so I'm pretty sure it only works in certain circumstances. Therefore, I'm not entirely sure what you wanna do is possible.

well you see the thing is i have movies on my computer (avi) and my and my girl rather WATCH them on the tv rather then a small computer screen (my big one broke and is placed away from any bed or anything) so im thinking to make the tv screen show what my pc shows simply because only plug in i have is VGA so only way i can think off is making it dual view so i play movie then i just turn off pc screen but still on tv screen....and same goes for the audio....o and FYI the video and audio RCA arnt plunging directly to my tv...its connected to a RCA switch box so i can choose what i wanna play ( i have multiply RCA things plug in for example ones a PS2) but ignore the whole switch box thing you think of one RCA plugin for my tv ....and it is the video VGA to RCA im worried about

You'd be looking for a part like this. Along with that you'd just need the RCA video cable (male to male), which isn't hard to find.
However: in order for this to work, your video card must have TV-Out capabilities. Check the specs on your card to see if it's got it.

No, like I said, VGA runs on different signals than RCA, so in order for what you want to work, your card needs TV-out capability in order to encode the signals properly so that the RCA device can read them.

I think theoretically if you went from
VGA <--> S Video
and then
S Video <--> to Yellow RCA you could do it, although I am imagine some distortion or warping since it's now going through 3 adapters and some of the image may be getting skewered
wuill that work

Not sure if even that would work. But you're right, if it does, there would be a bit of quality loss (not sure how noticeable). S-video is pretty crappy quality video anyway, converting it twice more I would imagine would be just that much shittier.
