We already know that. The problem is that Mafia, his cousin, went over to play on that server at Heavy's house. Now he is name banned.
All Jelly has to do is unban mafia...err yazoogang. (not IP unban, but name unban). We already know Heavy cheated on their server, but gang didn't.
If they were to unban the IP yazoo used when he got banned, that means heavy would be let back in. However, if they just unban yazoogang's name, then he will be allowed back in, keeping heavy banned.
Edit* I can't see what's in those links, they both bring me to a blank page.

Heavyx's ip is as random as you'll get it. So unless he got in that server right after Heavyx got banned, an ip ban has nothing to do with it. I'd rather say his serial got banned and they play(ed) on the same serial.
