well they are equal pretty much... the only thing that might make nod a little more dominant is the fact they have the stealth black hand(as long as things havent changed that much since ive been gone) but it is almost cancelled out completely by the agt and the other turrets and watchtowers that detect stealth in the gdi base

Teched MLRS can't stand a chance against teched ARTS...too much splash damage to the repairing Hotwires. On Mesa, GDI should tech MLRS through the side quickly and attack REF and AS while the team defends WF...

Depends on the map. Generally though I would say GDI if the teams are evenly matched.
