Although this is off topic (sorry guys) it pisses me off when someone accuses me of hacking.
I don't care if you say it to my face but if you are going to come here and say it you better
have more proof then "omg he has way more kills then me". I mean its REALLY easy to kill a regular
soldier with a havoc especially since witte reduced the health of all basic characters back down
to the normal amount. I mean a shot with a ramjet to the leg will kill you! I'm used to having
to kill people with above average health and armor, you running around with a basic unit is well
very simple to kill. Also since you were saying that "Noman was cheating too" I'm assuming that
you were hacking. Also I never said "who cares" anytime that you said that I was hacking I never
even responded to you. I said that you did not even have to try to kill us (where we had the huge
advantage) or "[22:37] <@WGCHTPM> ~noman: i dont have to hack to kill u", Never anything that even
remotely sounded like I was hacking.

Also back on topic: the webpage states that "If a computer repair technician without a
government-issued private investigator's license takes any actions that the government deems
to be an "investigation," he may be subject to criminal penalties of up to one year in
jail and a $4,000 fine, as well as civil penalties of up to $10,000. The definition of "investigation"
is very broad and encompasses many common
computer repair tasks."

Not that NOT ALL computer repairs are now Illegal but only a undefined amount because of the poor
word choice. I live In Texas and have not even heard of this, but I bet that this law will probably
be overturned by the courts from this very vague term of "investigation".
