increases the speed of a bullet... for example it would allow you to never miss with tank as your shot would always hit where you aimed due to it going faster.

Oops. Actually i thought you ment ROF cheats. I can't confirm if velocity cheats will be blocked. But the TT-team will do come back at this topic for sure. Sorry, little misunderstanding.
