What is the average amount of Character polys used in renegade that the creators used?
I need to know because of this Character I just modeled, it's high resoultion poly is like 3600 polys..... And the Low polied version is 1452.
Any help would be appreciated,

You really shouldn't worry what the average polygon counts of renegade were 7 years ago because that is obsolete for the most part , unless nobody has upgraded their pc in that long. For characters they were originally only 700-1000 polygons, which quite frankly isen't anything at all these days.
I personally think 3k per character should be fine.

Holy shit, N1warhead is such a bastard because he didn't look back to 2002 for answers to his question. As Blazea said, that's also pretty much obsolete, too.
