The skin was created for BFD by you, as soon as it came into possesion of BFD, it is their property.
As soon as your admin was removed, you threatened to "hack" the website, and when I removed all the joomla files, you said "hahaha look what I have done, I have deleted all the files, I have backups so give me my admin back" or something similar a long them lines. Quite stupid tbh claiming something when I was the one actually deleting the files via FTP.
The link you gave only proves that you created the template, however, since you gave BFD the template, it is no longer yours!
For your information about the renaming of the template, your so stupid you didn't even realise that "beez" is the default skin, there was no intention of trying to confuse you, but the files of the default skin were overwritten.
And, please stop using proxies and other methods of trying to visit BFD website, you are banned for a reason, you are dangerous to communities and websites alike.

So, this contract you claim to have, where are the official copies of it. And where are the witnesses to prove the both parties agreed to the stated requirements.
How much did you pay for the copyright for this template?
About the IPB version being from warez, if this is true, how come whit3 paid IPB for a license just last month, and our subscription with them has been in existance since about 2005.
Seems to me that you are just power hungry, and are only WILLING for somebody to use your work, (which you invisibly contracted and copyrighted) if you are getting administrative powers with them. As this was not in the deal, or any deal that may have existed, all I can say to you is, next time, do things by the book, and you won't get bitten.
