Looking for information on the objectives in renegade single player [message #335101]

I am looking for information on all the objectives in renegade single player, especially the bonus objectives (the purple ones) as I am trying to complete the campaign and get every objective that exists.

I've beat the game with every objective, but it's impossible to do that and get a 5-star rating in one particular level because of the messed-up time requirement (unless the tertiary objectives are not important enough).
