Well, you didn't mention which OS you have, and since it's asking for Service Pack 2, I'm assuming you have XP. Just do what it says; install SP2.

You must be seriously fucking retartedly blind if you thin that screenshot is from Windows XP...
But agreed, there's 6 versions of Vista, being more specific would have been better.
Might i suggest that you download the version of Visual Studio for Windows Vista, not XP.
