Well, you didn't mention which OS you have, and since it's asking for Service Pack 2, I'm assuming you have XP. Just do what it says; install SP2.

But agreed, there's 6 versions of Vista, being more specific would have been better.
Might i suggest that you download the version of Visual Studio for Windows Vista, not XP.

I knew you'd reply with something like that.
Take a look at the start button carefully. See the part of the logo that sicks up above the taskbar? This isn't possible with XP skins or themes, even using alpha channels.
Also, you're not going to ever get the quicklaunch icons so close to the start bar in XP.
