when ever I click advance game list or quick start in westwood online it has a popup where i requires a new patch and i downloaded that patched at least 3 times. im using The first decade pack on a vista. can anyone help it will be very much appreciated

Ive tried the update on that site it says could not find patch file
EDIT oops i meant it could not find old file and it found one with same name but contents are differnt
