Any 'job' that requires you to pay money to 'sign up' and have access to a 'members only' section for insider information is a scam in my books.
It's likely one of those pyramid schemes. If it's too good to be true, then it is.

Now that you mention it.. The website looks like a poorly edited or chopped up template that Zymic.com used to have.
