Ofcourse there's like 20 different n00bish ways to loose an orca as well. I won't argue that.
I don't think the moderator was right. If you give people a n00b, then you must also accept it when they n00b you back. It's different when someone goes on a !rec or !n00b fest, giving them out to 10 people in one minute.
I don't get what the big deal is, though. !rec and !n00bs aren't exactly the most important feature in the game. Sure, it's nice to be recommended from time to time.
So my personal opinion: !recallow the guy again, he has been "punished" for long enough.

It depends, if he left it in the field, while trying to attack some random soldier with his and get killed, it's his fault. But if it's a sacrifice of an Orca for enemy Refinery, I think everyone would say it's more than a fair trade.

i only suggested to close it coz of all the reply's like:

And let me clear this up. The ORCA'S health was low , so i got out at the WF to get myself a hotwire. I did this in like 4 secs.
If a vehicle gets stolen witin 4 seconds means the person(sbh) was very nearby or just waiting for a vehicle to ''pop out''
now it wasn't like i placed my orca at the wf, and walked to the power plant or something. So for me to get n00bed about something that would've happened to anybody who got out of their vehicle at that place is ridiculous.
1.Did the stolen orca make a big difference in the game?....no
2.did the stolen orca survive till the end of the game?.....no (got destroyed not 5 min later)
3.Did we loose the game?....................................no
as a matter of fact i was MVP by killing a nod building and gathering points with a med tank.

That's why you mine your own vehicles.

Okay, I get the point to being helpful, but n00bstories DOES have an IRC applet on their site. It seems like THAT would not only be a more EFFICIENT way of figuring out this problem with people that are actually capable of helping, but it would actually help to support independence. I hate using these stupid cliches, but they're so damn right... "give a man a fish, and he'll eat for a day. teach a man to fish, and he'll eat for a lifetime." Stop coddling people who are capable of doing this on their own be it by figuring it out themselves or asking the RIGHT people.
