gdi (team 1) can acces it, but the mutant side ( team -1 ) can't :/
it's probably hardcoded into renegade's engine... you could try to redo the mutant PT or something... another idea is to make an invisible block with the same size as the PT and give it the JFW_Character_buy_poke script Smile
