Download them here and just run the .exe file.

Make sure it installs to Westwood/Renegade/ folder.

Yes Scripts 3.4.4 work with The First Decade.

Just make sure the path says C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command & Conquer The First Decade\Command & Conquer Renegade(tm)\Renegade\ assuming that your hard drive it is on is C:.
