I even have proof that they are the same person, and he cheats. In his thread on this forum of "The Elite Officer", wher ehe got banned from our server (st0rm), "Ghostshaw" posted a log wich was found by "applst0rm". I saw this thread and checked the bans of MSwindows and TheOnly4 (The elite officer) and found some funny stuff:
IP range of MSwindows: 1) 63.19
Funny thing:
IP range of TheOnly4 (The elite officer)
1) 63.19
A little obvious isnt it? I could get the serial hashes (wich are BOTH the same) but you could just use his serial then. Also, he used my nickname and logged in as a mod, tryed to abuse some shit and get me in trouble.
Now: TheOnly4 = Cheater AND MSwindows
Proof:
02(+St0rmServ02) [04Kill]: ThEOnLy4 (Mobile Artillery) destroyed a Medium Tank (Driver: Painkid33 - Owner: Painkid33 - Last Damage: 788.00)
And no, we didn't edit this log, I know some of our mods are douche bags, but they would never change a log, just to "frame" someone as you said on our Forums. Now leave

Yeah, he also joined with the name "Renegade IP", he might go in the server with another range and shit, at least he used MY NAME and wanted to abuse mod commands. However, good luck with him ^_^
