Sadukar is right...this place is the supreme craphole of the internets.
Only crap threads are being made with very few useful ones. The General section is full of crap. If you start a good debate in Heated Discussions, then retards come at you and tell you to shut up (hello wtf?).
The Modding subforum is pretty decent...some useful stuff goes on there. Tactics and Strategies is full of retarded posts and all "tactics" have been discussed already. The Clans subforums is mega-crap as well. A clan advertises itself and the next post proves they were using some sort of cheats lmfao...or some flame war erupts.
The other subforums are too specific and small but decent enough.
And oh yeah, there's the symbolic retarded Spam subforum which pretty much sums it all up. This place is a smelly rotten shithole.

This place was awesome throughout last year but from the end of 2007 onwards till now, there has been a massive influx of retards. I blame it on many good members leaving/not posting as much and the incoming herd of retards.
Though as a throughbreed gamer I am proud to be part of an important C&C community (also playing the game), I am losing interest in the forums. But I will never leave and will keep checking back everyday. However, I will not be posting as much unless it is really worthwhile.
But you have a 99% chance of running into me in-game as I play using my "Starbuzz" nick a couple of hours everyday and also the nights on weekends. See ya in-game.

I think there is a cycle, whenever a retard gets banned another comes. WHOREQUEER gets banned and SSADMVR comes, then "one" of TEO's account gets banned, NSStRyKeR comes. What the fuck?

Funny thing: The same thing was said in 02, 03 04 05 and 06.
What makes you think it was any better at the beginning of the year or any other previous year? You were merely part of the yearly cycle of tard warriors that float through here thinking any of this matters.
The forums became irrelevant shortly after Delphi handed them over mainly because the forums were an open forum of communication with Westwood/EA.
After they disassociated and handed it over to a third party they became fanboy fodder for die hards and latecomers.
The great amusement of Renforums has now become watching you children beat up on each other in a seven year old forum no one cares about, if they ever did at all. Keep up the good work!

Edit: The forum tranferred here in 03. You'll have to dig around for the pre 03 stuff Chuck dragged over.
I feel the need to visit because I am part of RENEVO which came from the predecessor to this community and is still releasing products for this community that were in development while you were still trying to figure out how to use a keyboard. We keep tabs on what's new and occassionally help folks out with our older releases that are still being used.

Here's the cycle: New guys come in, become "friends" and start arguing with the older ones, rack up posts on tpoics we've seen 400 times before(honestly, who friggin cares), start arguing, make each other mad, someone leaves, new guys come in, the last batch start whining about how it "just isn't the same" and how the new guys shouldn't post stuff they've already seen 400 times.
You aren't special, you missed the golden days of ren, the betas, the Westwood employees who used to come here, decent clan matches, great rivalries, and the drama that was ACK.
Soon, you'll create some flaming goodbye post and "punish" us by leaving. So let's skip the drama.
