I'm actually having a similar problem, I think.. Lemme lay it down for ya, since I don't have screenshots...
I used to have C&C on my old computer, played it regularly, bought a new pc, just recently installed it (had issues with vista at first, but now the game works fine, single player, multi practice, everything..)
So, I go to log into westwood online, get to the little login screen, type in my old screen name (not sure if I remember it correctly, but that's probably not relevant,) password, and check the little remember me box.
Now, here's the problem. The "login" button is grayed out. Cannot push it. Hitting enter/return and cussing at the computer did not help. Tried restarting game/PC, didn't help.
The next logical step would be to just create a new account, right?
Well, when I click on the "New Account" button, I'm transferred to some in-game browser thing, which attempts to load up, pauses for a second, and then promptly displays an error message (Page failed to load) before returning me to the online login screen, where the login button is STILL grayed out.
Not sure how to fix this. Should I just throw in the towel and start drinking?
