Help with connecting via Gamespy [message #321389]

I am having trouble connecting to any server.
When I enter a server the main menu pops up and nothing happens.

Stats (at my moms):
-No software firewall (windows disabled)
-No physical firewall
-I live in B.C. ISP: Telus High Speed Basic (lowest level)
-Minimum requirements met.

When I click on LAN in the menu it says "No IP address found" although I do have a valid one.

Its been bugging me for a while. My dad has shaw meduim high speed and it works fine.
