Measured 4.9/5.0 on the Richter Scale and was located just south of Kingston upon Hull.

Measured 10-24km deep, and watching/feeling it was weird...

Richter scale can indeed go past 10, but there has never been a earthquake past a 10. Since 1 through 10 increases exponentially. Anything above 10 would just be merely impossible without it actually effecting the earth as a whole.
