it doesn't, you've got the equation mixed up. genetics can determine that (or at least play a part), and genetics also determines skin colour.

Damn it I thought you meant physically weaker.....I wrote a whole thing about ''why thats stupid''...Now I have to delete it  .....
On that note, while yes, it is true that because blacks are an older breed of human they are less likely to develope these conditions, blacks are also prone to having vitamin D defiiciency, devloping dangerous forms of cancer more easily, and have generally more brittle bones.
Fun fact: White skin has been thought to come partially from the ability to fully digest milk XD. Many blacks have trouble doing that.
