if i do that trick with reset passwords i don't get a message:S
and how can u see what other accounts are on your serial?

Double check that you're doing it right.
Log in with a wrong password, go into the chat, type 'reset passwords'. Something like that.
Also, seeing the nicks associated with your serial can usually be seen the same way but typing 'nicks' or something.
