He was one of the owners, not neccesarily the leader. Brett led most of the developement of the C&C series.

Probably none, but the chance of EA and Petroglyph perhaps doing a project together MIGHT happen. Chances of that happening though are slim.

Then again, there's also been several thousand times an asteroid has had a "slim" chance to hit earth that could attack its weak point for massive damage.
