When people ask you for HijackThis logs, it means the virus won't be sorted out for at least another year, so forget it. I had this (Smitfraud.C) on my other comp 2 years ago and it could never be removed. That virus just keeps coming back after you reboot. I tried searching Ad-aware's forums but all I got was people posting HijackThis logs with no solution. I had to reformat my comp. Safe mode didn't work for me but you could try regedit (if you know where anything related to that is)...and what Dthdealer said.

Exactly word for word. They spelled "balloon" wrong. Lol.

ROFL. I'd never notice something like that. I suck at spotting spelling mistakes.
EDIT: This is a little more blunt and obvious though.

I went ahead and did a system restore. So far the pop ups haven't come. I think I'll go ahead and do a spybot scan though to make sure.

If you're talking about www.hijackthis.de, it translates the log file analysis into English. Make sure the "Show the visitors ratings" box is checked.
