I think he was, I'm pretty sure actually.
The story has too many loose ends.
Notice how he first talks about 'supreme powers' that helped him. Later on he's just talking about one person.
The person, Joram claimed, to have helped dispose the body has been traced and interviewed by dutch newspapers. The Guy, Daury, was Holland on the day the incident took place. This has been verified by school, work, etc.

I'm pretty sure Joram is involved in somewhat way. But most of this footage is incorrect.
